Danny Deepak · Revenue-first growth · Bengaluru

How I grow a local business, from first search to the bill.

For salon, clinic, resort and retail owners. Every client walks the same nine steps before they pay you. I map each step, fix what leaks, connect the software, and report the result in bills and bookings.

+14.7%salon revenue YoY, 16 salons (Mar–Aug 2026)
₹2.06 Crmore salon revenue in six months
−66%showroom cost per click after one tracking fix
27%→7%churn cut through lifecycle automation
The customer flow, in digital terms

Nine steps. Each one leaks money or makes it.

For every step: what your customer is thinking, the software involved, what I fix, and where I've done it before.

How marketing turns into revenue

I report against one equation: the till.

Leads×Booking rate×Average bill×Visits a year=Revenue

Most agencies report the first box. I move all five and reconcile them with your POS or CRM every month. A 10% lift on each of four levers compounds to about 46% more revenue.

How an engagement runs

Small first step. Cheapest fixes first.

WEEK 1Revenue audit

I trace your customer from search to bill and label every finding: verified, observed, inferred or unknown.

MONTH 1Fix the leaks

Tracking, Google profile, one phone number, the site, the booking flow. Most of this costs nothing in media.

MONTH 2+Grow

Campaigns, content and retention. Budget follows bookings, branch by branch.

MONTHLYReport

One page for the owner: bookings, bills, revenue by channel, what changes next.

What AI does in my work

  • Reads competitors, reviews and search results at scale
  • Drafts audits, reports and ad variations
  • Builds dashboards and automation (Claude, n8n, scrapers)
  • Turns a two-week audit into a few days

What AI never decides

  • Which number is true. I check every claim against the source.
  • Where your budget goes
  • What goes out in your name
  • Anything that touches a customer's data without consent
Questions owners ask me

Straight answers.

How soon will I see results?

Listing, site and booking fixes show up in calls and enquiries within weeks. Ad data needs about 30 days to judge fairly. Revenue trends need 60–90 days and your billing data to read properly.

What budget do I need for ads?

Less than you think, and only after tracking works. We start with a fixed test budget you set, measure cost per booking, then scale what pays back. Spending before the site and listing are fixed wastes money.

Do I need a new website?

Usually not. Most local sites need a fixed robots setting, clear prices, one phone number, real photos and a booking button. I rebuild only when the old site can't do those.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do. Google Ads, Meta, Analytics and your Business Profile stay in your name. If we stop working together, you keep every campaign and every number.

Can you handle multiple branches?

Yes. I ran 16 salon locations at once: one profile, one number and one campaign per branch, and a monthly scorecard so you can see which branch is winning and why.

How do you report?

One monthly page in plain language: bookings, bills and revenue by channel, what changed, and what we do next. Matched against your POS or CRM, not just ad dashboards.

What do you need from me?

Admin access to your site, Google profile and ad accounts; a monthly billing summary (new vs returning clients, average bill); and permission to photograph the space.

Do you work with my existing team or agency?

Yes. Often the fastest win is fixing tracking and handing your team a clear weekly list. I can run everything, or audit and guide.

How do you charge?

The week-1 audit is a fixed fee. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer agreed after the audit, when we both know the size of the problem. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google and Meta.
