ElitesDental Care

Paid Search, Local SEO, Site Health & Revenue Projection Analysis — TC Palya Main Road, Bengaluru

The opportunity in one line

A clinic rated 4.9 by 271 patients — paying ₹3,140 to buy a single booking it should be earning for free. The growth is not in spending more. It is in being findable.

Performance Overview

Executive Summary

4 August to 17 September. One campaign, ₹25,122, eight bookings. Now switched off.

Click-through was 6.86%, cost per click normal. Nothing before the click is broken. Everything after it is.

Six of the eight bookings landed on two days in August. Forty-five of forty-nine days produced nothing.

The account is not short of budget. It is short of direction.

Main findings — what is working

  • 4.9 from 271 reviews, every one answered personally by the owner.
  • 6.86% click-through — above benchmark for local dental.
  • Sunday mornings returned ₹421 per booking. Five of the eight.
  • The ad account is already structured by treatment — nine themed groups exist.
  • Treatment pages are substantial: 1,300–1,700 words, real FAQs, six MDS specialists named.
  • Conversion tracking verifies the booking API before firing.
  • Google Posts weekly, 78+ photos, profile actively maintained.

Main findings — what needs attention

  • ₹22,379 of ₹25,122 — 89% — on days that produced nothing.
  • 76% of budget on generic “near me”. Implants, braces and aligners got 3.6%.
  • Dental Implants ad group: 75 impressions, one click, seven weeks. A catch-all named “Original” took 67% of impressions.
  • 251 price-intent searches reached the ads and converted nothing. No page answers what anything costs.
  • Zero page-one presence for “dental clinic tc palya” or “dentist in tc palya”. Not on Practo, Lybrate or Bajaj Health; the Justdial listing sits under a third locality name.
  • No H1, no meta description, no Dentist schema on any commercial page.
  • 41 junk URLs indexed — 13 Latin placeholders from 2015.
  • Conversion value hardcoded to ₹1. Bidding cannot tell an implant enquiry from a scaling appointment.
  • No Meta Pixel, no tag manager. 448 paid visitors, none retargetable.
Revenue Opportunity

Same budget, better direction

Every rupee was spent at a normal cost per click. The loss was direction — cheapest-intent searches, worst-converting hours, slowest page.

The same ₹50,000 at a 4% booking rate — a third of what Sunday mornings already hit — takes cost per booking from ₹3,140 to ₹1,339. Model it in section 10.

Reputation Opportunity

271 reviews, two followers

271 patients wrote a public review. Two follow Facebook. Thirty follow Instagram.

The clinic has already earned advocacy — the hardest thing in local marketing — and asks nothing with it. Closing that costs nothing.

02
Who We Studied

Clinic Overview

Six-specialist family practice on TC Palya Main Road, east Bengaluru. Operating since 2006. Full general and specialist range under one roof.

Dental demand splits sharply. Routine work — cleaning, fillings, extractions — is frequent and cheap. Restorative and cosmetic work is rare, researched for weeks, and worth twenty to fifty times more per case.

Marketing has to be built for the second while staying visible for the first. This report measures the distance from that.

Mobile is the medium. ₹24,090 of ₹25,122. 448 of 469 clicks. A dental search starts thumb-typed, often in discomfort — and lands on a page that takes 2.6 seconds to respond.

The wrong age was reached. 76% of impressions hit 25–44. Only 14.9% reached the over-45s who buy implants and dentures. 61% male against 39% female — the wrong parent for a paediatric ad group.

Price is the unanswered question. Nine of ten page-one results for “dental implants in bangalore cost” publish a number. The spread — ₹16,000 to ₹95,000 — is why patients keep searching. Elites publishes nothing.

Competitive Landscape

Competitor Analysis

Ten dental clinics inside a two-kilometre stretch. All rated 4.5 or better, so the star rating is not the differentiator — the review count is.

Elites sits fifth. SmileFit carries 2.9× the reviews, KKS 2.3×. Clove has a branch on the same road and buys search on top of it. Sky Dental and Apollo Dental run Maps ads into the catchment from outside it.

With the campaign paused, nobody here is bidding back.

Reading the gap. Prodent (253 reviews) and DentStop (125) both have fewer reviews than Elites and both outrank it on page one — because both built a site targeting the term. Prodent's domain is literally prodentdentaltcpalya.com. Not a reputation problem. A visibility problem, and the cheaper of the two to fix.
Asset Audit

What they have that you don't

Elites has the best website content on this road — 1,300–1,700 words a page, real FAQs, six MDS specialists. It has the weakest distribution.

Checked across the clinics that outrank it: directory listings, doctor profiles, location pages, structured data, published pricing, tracking and social.

The pattern. SmileFit leads on reviews with no website at all — it wins on Practo and volume. Prodent wins on search with a quarter of Elites' content, because it has schema, a keyword domain, six social channels and its dentist listed on three directories. DentStop's main domain is dead — a Wix “reconnect your domain” error — and it still outranks Elites. None of these clinics beat Elites on quality. They beat it on presence.
Where To Attack

The top four openings

Ranked by impact against cost and time. None needs a new website. Three cost nothing but hours.

1

Claim the directories

Free · Week 1
They havePracto lists 92 dental clinics on TC Palya Road and ranks #1–2 for both money terms. SmileFit, Clove and Prodent are all on it.
You don'tNo Practo, no Lybrate, no Bajaj Health. Justdial exists but is filed under “Manjunatha Layout” with 187 ratings — a third locality name.
Directories occupy the top of page one for every term Elites wants. They are free, they rank without any SEO work, and they carry booking buttons. This is the fastest visibility any clinic on this road can buy for nothing.
Cost ₹0Effort ~4 hoursImpact HighAlso fixes NAP consistency
2

Put the six doctors on the map

Free · Week 1–2
They havePracto ranks doctors, not only clinics — “Best Dentists in TC Palya Road” is a list of named people with patient-story scores. Prodent's single dentist has profiles on Practo, Drlogy and DocIndia.
You don'tSix specialists, five MDS-qualified, with zero individual presence anywhere — no directory profiles, no LinkedIn, no author bylines.
This is the biggest asset Elites already owns and has never deployed. One dentist at Prodent out-ranks a six-specialist practice because he exists as a person online and they do not. Six profiles is six more ways to appear for the same searches.
Cost ₹0Effort ~6 hoursImpact HighCompounds with #1
3

Build the TC Palya page and ship the schema

Low cost · Week 2–3
They haveEvery clinic on page one has a page built for the term. Prodent bought prodentdentaltcpalya.com. DentStop has /best-dental-clinic-in-tc-palya/. Clove has a TC Palya page. Prodent also carries Dentist and AggregateRating schema — stars inside its search result.
You don'tNo location page. No schema of any kind. The homepage title does not lead with the locality, and no page on the site has an H1.
Prodent gets star ratings in the search result from 253 reviews. Elites has 271 and shows none, because the markup isn't there. This is a few hours of developer time against a permanent visual advantage in every result.
Cost LowEffort 2–3 daysImpact HighUnlocks review stars in SERP
4

Answer the price question

Low cost · Week 3–6
They havePracto publishes consultation fees beside every listing — ₹300–₹450 in this area. Clove leads with “most affordable”. Nine of ten page-one results for implant cost publish a number.
You don'tNo pricing anywhere on the site, and no blog — only thirteen Latin placeholder posts from 2015.
Elites' own ad account already proves the demand: 251 price-intent searches reached the ads, 494 impressions, and converted nothing, because no page answers the question. Six cost pages serve paid and organic at the same time — and Prodent, the clinic beating Elites on search, doesn't publish prices either. This one is still unclaimed on this road.

Settle this before any budget decision. Five of the eight bookings arrived on one Sunday — 16 August — from fourteen clicks. A 36% same-day rate, far outside everything around it. Could be genuine, such as one family booking several slots. Could be the conversion script firing twice. Check those five against the appointment book. If real, Sunday morning is the most valuable slot the clinic owns. If not, true cost per booking is nearer ₹8,374.
Day-Part Analysis

One slot carried the entire campaign

Sunday mornings, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM: 42 clicks, five bookings, 11.90% conversion, ₹421 per booking. Same ads, same page — 7.5× the account average.

Monday evenings burned ₹3,457 for nothing. Thursday evenings ₹2,537. Wednesday mornings ₹2,188. Mornings converted at 2.89%, evenings at 1.01% — and 62% of budget went to evenings.

Budget Allocation

Three-quarters of the money on “near me”

Generic adult “near me” took ₹19,034 — 76% of everything spent. The most contested, least qualified searches in local dentistry.

Inside that block, results split. “Dentist near me” earned three bookings at ₹960 each. “Dental clinic near me” — the largest line item, ₹6,529 across 124 clicks — produced nothing. Two near-identical phrases, no bid separation between them.

Implants, braces and aligners — ₹35,000 to ₹80,000 a case — got ₹908. Under four rupees in every hundred.

Seven of eight bookings came from three search terms and ₹3,237. The remaining ₹21,885 — 87% of budget, 407 clicks — returned one. “Kids dentist bangalore”: one click, fifty rupees, two bookings. One data point, not to be over-read, but it points where everything else does — treatment-named searches convert; generic proximity searches do not.

The X-ray, scan and OPG cluster alone consumed ≈₹370 on people shopping for a ₹300 radiograph. Competitor-brand searches took ≈₹1,000 — worth keeping, but only in a dedicated ad group with copy that answers “why not them”, which does not currently exist.
Account Structure

The right structure, starved

The account is already built by treatment. Nine ad groups — Dental Implants, Orthodontics, Root Canal, Crowns, Dentures, Whitening, Paediatrics, General Dentist, and a catch-all called “Original”. The structural work is done.

Then the catch-all ate it. “Original” took 67% of all impressions. The six treatment groups together got 338 impressions, 15 clicks, ₹798 in seven weeks. Dental Implants: 75 impressions, one click. Dentures: two impressions.

“Original” holds broad keywords that match nearly every dental query, so it wins the internal auction first. The fix is not restructuring. It is starving the catch-all and funding what already exists.

Two more. Close variants took 29% of impressions and ₹8,009 — the source of “bengali dentist near me” and “veeners near me”. And AI Max is switched on, delivering 22 impressions with no configuration behind it.

Delivery was never stable. Nine days had no impressions; 10–15 September was a six-day blackout. Then 16–17 September spent triple the daily average at ₹92 and ₹69 per click. The campaign never finished learning.

The most expensive line in the account is one number. Every booking passes a hardcoded value of ₹1. Smart Bidding treats a ₹40,000 implant enquiry and an ₹800 scaling appointment as identical. No offline conversion import either, so it optimises for bookings made rather than patients who attended and paid. Fixing this is worth more than any bid adjustment in this report.

Content Gap

The opening nobody has taken

Nine of ten page-one results for “dental implants in bangalore cost” publish prices. Half belong to independent clinics, not chains.

The ad account proves the demand independently. 251 price-intent search terms triggered the ads — 494 impressions, 18 clicks, zero conversions.

Not a bidding failure. They asked a direct question and found no answer. Elites publishes no pricing, and its blog is thirteen Latin placeholders from 2015.

The same content fixes both channels. Six cost pages earn the organic position and give the paid click somewhere to land.

Purchased WordPress dental theme on Elementor. The content on top is good. The technical layer underneath throws most of it away.

The theme's demo content was never deleted and the sitemap hands it to Google: thirteen posts dated 18 June 2015 in Latin placeholder text. Three carry dental headlines — “Root Canal Treatment – RCT Prevention is better than cure”, “Tooth Extraction – the final destination” — over Lorem ipsum bodies.

That group is the expensive one: a placeholder page competing with the real root canal page.

Post-Click Experience

Conversion Rate Optimization

96% of spend arrived on mobile and click-through was already healthy. The landing experience is the highest-leverage variable in the account. 469 qualified visits, 8 conversions — decided entirely after the click.

The first 3.3 seconds are empty. Server response alone takes 2,610 ms. Someone in discomfort does not wait.

Then the wrong thing appears. No headline, no phone number, no clinic name above the fold — a rotating carousel of service names over a stock photo. The positioning line sits on a slide most visitors never see.

Then four steps to book. Clinic, doctor, date, contact details — and step one offers a choice between one clinic. The widget is client-rendered, so search engines see an empty page.

Booking flow — current versus recommended
StepCurrently asksRecommendedWhy
1Select clinicRemoveThere is only one clinic. A choice with one option is friction with no purpose.
2Select doctorMake optionalDefault to “first available”. Most patients have no preference on a first visit.
3Select date & timeMake optionalOffer “call me back” as an equal path for anyone in pain.
4Enter contact detailsMove to step 1Name and number first. Everything else can be settled on the phone.
Sequence matters. Fixing the 2.6-second response and the booking flow costs days and no media budget, and multiplies the return on every rupee after it. Restarting before that spends at the same 1.71% rate that produced this report.

The Expensive Part

₹24,000 of audience, discarded

No Meta Pixel on the site. 448 people clicked a paid ad, landed, and left — none of them retargetable. At ₹53.56 a click, roughly ₹24,000 of qualified audience gone.

Dental consideration windows are long. Someone researching an implant in August may decide in November. Without a pixel, unreachable the moment the tab closes.

Content

Posting, but not about dentistry

The newest Facebook post is tagged #Doctor's day celebration and #Bhima jewellery. Jewellery hashtags on a dental page. Nothing in the feed answers a patient question or shows a result.

Google Posts have the opposite problem — written for a crawler. “If you're searching online for a dentist near me” in running prose. It does not rank, and it reads badly to a parent choosing who to trust with their child's teeth. That post also places the clinic in Battarahalli; the listing and signage say Sannatammanahalli.

The fastest fix is not more content. It is a follow prompt inside the review request 271 patients already said yes to.

Revenue at this treatment value
At today's measured 1.71% conversion rate the same budget buys 16 bookings. At 4% it buys 37 — the same money, the same clicks, a different landing experience.
What this model understates. It applies one average treatment value to every booking. In practice the mix decides everything — three implant cases at ₹40,000 outweigh thirty scaling appointments. Which is exactly why a value hardcoded to ₹1 is so costly: Google never learns which it is buying. Set the treatment value slider to ₹25,000 for an implant-weighted month.

Execution Plan

90-Day Growth Roadmap

Ordered by return per rupee. Phase one needs no new website and no media spend.

Phase one · Foundation

Stop the bleeding

Weeks 1–3 · no media spend
  • Verify the 16 August conversion cluster against the appointment book
  • Object caching and CDN — fix the 2,610 ms server response
  • Rewrite every title tag to the real business name
  • Add H1s and meta descriptions across all 15 real pages
  • Ship Dentist schema plus FAQPage on ten treatment pages
  • Delete the 13 Latin demo posts, categories and tags; remove /home-2/; take down staging pages
  • Install GTM and the Meta Pixel
  • Fill the Business Profile services list; claim Practo, Lybrate, Bajaj Health and Drlogy; fix the Justdial locality
  • Create directory profiles for all six dentists, not just the clinic
Outcome — the site stops competing with itself, and the next rupee lands somewhere that can convert.
Phase two · Rebuild

Restart the campaign properly

Weeks 3–7 · media resumes
  • Restructure by treatment — implants, aligners, RCT, paediatric — each with its own ad group, ad and landing page
  • Retire the “Original” ad group; remove duplicate keywords
  • Apply the negative keyword list from section 05
  • Reweight schedule to mornings and weekends; test the 1–3 PM gap and after 8:30 PM
  • Assign real values per treatment type on conversion
  • Add a call-only campaign for pain and emergency terms
  • Cap generic “near me” to a fixed test budget with its own page
  • Simplify the booking flow to two steps
Outcome — budget follows treatment value instead of search volume, against a measured baseline of ₹3,140.
Phase three · Compound

Take the ground

Weeks 6–13
  • Publish the cost pages: implants, aligners, root canal, full-mouth rehabilitation
  • Build a TC Palya location page capable of holding page one
  • Review pathway targeted at implant and orthodontic patients
  • Retarget the audience the pixel begins collecting in phase one
  • Add a follow prompt to the existing review request
  • Rewrite Google Posts for patients; standardise the locality everywhere
  • Monthly offline conversion import from practice records
Outcome — organic visibility on high-value terms, and a review profile that matches what the clinic wants to sell.

What To Do First

Key Recommendations

If only five things happen this month, these five.

1

Do not restart the campaign yet

This week
Paused is the right state. Restarting before the page and tracking are fixed spends at the same 1.71% rate that produced this report.
First — verify the 16 August bookings against the appointment book. That single check decides whether the true cost per booking is ₹3,140 or ₹8,374.
2

Fix the 2.6-second server response

Week 1
96% of paid traffic is mobile and waits 3.3 seconds for a first pixel. Object caching and a CDN fix most of it in days, with no media budget.
Impact — every rupee spent afterwards works harder. This is the multiplier on the whole plan.
3

Pass a real conversion value

Week 1–2
Every booking reports ₹1. Smart Bidding cannot tell an implant enquiry from a scaling appointment, so it optimises for neither. Pass treatment type and a real value.
Impact — worth more than any bid adjustment in this report. Add offline conversion import once the basics are live.
4

Clean the index and fix the brand

Week 2–3
Delete 41 junk URLs, including 13 Latin placeholders. Rewrite every title tag to “Elites Dental Care”. Add Dentist and FAQPage schema. Take the staging pages down.
Impact — the site stops signing itself with a competitor's name and becomes eligible to rank for its own terms.
5

Feed the treatment ad groups that already exist

Week 3–7
Do not rebuild — it is already structured by treatment. Restrict the “Original” catch-all taking 67% of impressions and let Implants, Orthodontics, Root Canal and Crowns compete on their own budgets. Apply the negative list, rein in close variants, shift hours to mornings and weekends.
Impact — at a 4% booking rate the same ₹50,000 delivers 37 bookings instead of 16, at ₹1,339 rather than ₹3,140. This is the cheapest structural change in the report: the work is already built.
Method and limits. Google Ads figures come from account 520-119-6364, exported 18 September 2026 — campaign, ad schedule, search keyword, search terms (1,029 rows), device, demographic, reach and frequency, and daily time-series reports covering 1 August to 18 September. Site structure, headings, meta tags, schema, alt coverage, page weight and load timings were measured on the live site the same day. Search results were checked on Google India, signed out. Competitor review counts came from Google Maps. Social figures were read from the public profiles.
  • Impression share and lost impression share were not in the export, so there is no read on how much available demand the campaign captured, or whether it was budget- or rank-limited.
  • Ad creatives, extensions and bid strategy were not exported, so ad copy and Ad Strength are unassessed.
  • Seven of the eight conversions are attributed to a search term; one is not, so ad-group conversion totals sum to seven rather than eight.
  • Ad-group spend in the structure table is drawn from the search terms report, which lists only terms above Google's reporting threshold — it totals ₹22,016 against the campaign's ₹25,122. Proportions hold; absolute figures are a floor.
  • No GA4 or Search Console access; organic statements are external observations.
  • Social profiles are behind login walls beyond the first screen, so post counts and engagement history are unverified.
  • The Business Profile was read signed out, so an unpublished services list would look identical to an empty one.
Nothing here is estimated and presented as measured. Where a number is an assumption, it says so on the same line.

Let's Talk

The account is paused.
That is the right state — for about three more weeks.

The clinic has already earned the hardest asset in local marketing — 271 patients who volunteered their name in public. This report is about making the rest of the machine worthy of it. The first three weeks cost no media budget at all.
